2. Fees

All fees payable to Mega Trends do not include applicable taxes, such as goods and services tax, sales tax, use tax, duties, or other similar taxes.
Except for taxes imposed on Mega Trends’ income, the payment of these taxes is solely the responsibility of the customer.

4. Collection Costs

In the event of late payment or non-payment, you agree to reimburse Mega Trends for all collection-related costs, including attorney fees and service charges incurred in the process of collecting overdue fees and taxes.

5. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Non-use or partial use of the purchased product

• Failure to access or download the product after delivery

• Upgrading or downgrading previously purchased licenses

• Change of mind after purchase

6. Compliance and Scope Changes

Mega Trends reserves the right to ensure compliance with licensing terms. In cases of non-compliance:

• Your license may be modified or upgraded to match actual usage.

• Additional costs may be incurred due to scope changes and may be billed accordingly.

• We may take other necessary measures to rectify such non-compliance.
