Food and beverage are inherent factors that are consumed in the form of solid, liquid, or gel by those forms of life required for existence, energy, and healthy growth. Food consists of many things like fruits, vegetables, grains, and meats, and meats and these contain different types of nutrients like carbohydrates and proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals.
