Nanobiotechnology, in particular DNA nanotechnology, refers to the design and application of nonbiological structures that utilize DNA as structures with features that are of nanoscale. This involves the employment of DNA strands in fabrication of complex shapes and structures and tools for using it in tasks and exercises like delivery of drugs and biosensing and molecular detection. First, this work provides an understanding of the proposed DNA nanotechnology and can demonstrate the possibility of constructing nanoscale systems with the help of new technologies based on the properties of DNA for medicine, biotechnology, and material sciences.

For simplicity, a DNA synthesizer can be described as an advanced piece of equipment found in the laboratory used to synthesize DNA molecules chemically. Presenting oligonucleotides designed as sequences of short strings of four nucleotide bases namely adenine (A), cytosine (C), guanine (G), and thymine (T) this machine synthesizes end products by the assembly of these oligos based on a pre-defined sequence.
